October podcast: an interview with Peter Smith – a life in gigs

This is the first of our planned podcasts featuring interviews with people who have interesting stories.

Peter Smith is Emeritus Professor at the University of Sunderland and is “totally addicted to going to rock concerts.”
He has also realised that “all attempts at treatment are futile, and anyway I don’t want to be cured!”

The interview will cover his life in gigs, his writings about music, and the challenges he faces these days as a disabled person going to gigs.

You can read more about Peter here and read his music blog at https://myvintagerock.com
